Thoughts on Today’s Verse…
When I read that love is not our own doing but the gift of the Father poured into the world through Jesus, I feel a deep trembling in my heart. The love He poured out is not a fleeting feeling but an unshakeable, self‑sacrificial love that knows no limits. Jesus’ willingness to die for our sins is the ultimate demonstration of the Father’s heart—an unfathomable love that goes beyond our understanding and reaches into the darkest places of our hearts to bring hope and new life.
And this isn’t just a story from long ago; it is a living, breathing reality that transforms us today. When we allow that divine love to settle in our souls, it reshapes our perspective, softens our anger, and opens our eyes to the needs of others. In the quiet moments of prayer, I feel the Father’s hand guiding me, reminding me that I no longer need to earn love, but can share it freely—just as He has shared His love with me through Jesus. Each day, this truth nudges me toward a deeper, more intimate relationship with Christ, urging me to let His love ripple through every part of my life.
My Prayer…
Father, I thank You for the immeasurable love You poured out through Your Son. I surrender my heart to the One who made the ultimate sacrifice for me, and I ask that Your Spirit might fill me daily, so I may love others as You have loved me. Help me grow closer to Jesus, that I may walk in Your truth and be a living witness of Your grace. In His precious name, Amen.
